2. How different is the Premium Online Edition from the print edition?

Virtually all the text information featured in the print edition is included in the Premium Online Edition, with a few exceptions. The Premium Online Edition includes longer lists of some specialty rankings, additional school directory information, and interactive tools.

7. How can I get a printer-friendly version?

All pages are printer-friendly. Select "Print" from the "File" menu, or click the printer icon on your toolbar.

As with any document, printing from the Web depends on your individual printer and its settings. Make certain you check your printer configuration and check the appropriate configurations for printing a Web page.

8. Can I access the Premium Online Edition on more than one computer?

You can access the Premium Online Edition on more than one machine without an additional charge. (Please note, however, that access is for individual use only and you cannot share your password with anyone.) Significant use of a single password on multiple computers could result in suspension of that password. Click on the "Log in" link that appears at the top of the rankings index page. The log-in link also is available at the top of most pages in the college rankings section. You will then need to enter the E-mail address you used to purchase the Premium Online Edition, as well as your password.

If you are working on a shared machine, such as a computer in a library or university lab, you should click the "Log Out" link when you are finished.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

If you are not satisfied with the Premium Online Edition, you may cancel your subscription within the first 24 hours of purchase and we will refund your fee. To cancel your subscription, please contact premium@usnews.com.

10. I paid for the Premium Online Edition, but continue to access only the free version. What do I do?

1. Be certain that you've logged in. Look for the words "Premium Online Edition" at the top of your screen. For instructions on logging in, go here. 2. Be certain that you've enabled Javascript and cookies. In order to view the Premium Online Edition, both Javascript and cookies must be enabled on your computer. For a definition of cookies, please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.

To enable cookies:

Internet Explorer: to Tools --> Internet Options --> Security. Follow the instructions to "lower the security settings."

Netscape: Go to Edit --> Preferences --> Advanced. Follow the instructions to "allow for cookies."

To enable Javascript:

Internet Explorer: to Tools --> Internet Options --> Security --> Internet --> Custom Level --> Active Scripting. Select "Enable."

Netscape: Go to Edit --> Preferences --> Advanced. Select "Enable Javascript."
